Once you have activated your account, you will be able to access Support articles by accessing the Knowledge Base.
In case you still have a question or need help, you have different options depending on the nature of your query:

- For queries related to one of your documents, connect to your Tradeshift account, you can contact Firmenich by using the "Contact document receiver" functionality directly from the document
