    Who do I contact in case I have a query?

    Once you have activated your account, you will be able to access Support articles by accessing the Knowledge Base.

    In case you still have a question or need help, you have different options depending on the nature of your query:

    • For onboarding related queries, contact Firmenich.supplier.onboarding@Firmenich.com
    • For queries related to one of your documents, connect to your Tradeshift account, you can contact Firmenich by using the "Contact document receiver" functionality directly from the document
    • For technical queries, please use the Assistance form found here
