Sustainable development is at the heart of our values at Firmenich and e-invoicing is a key part of our ability to reduce the use of paper and increase efficiency.


We are pleased to announce that we are launching our new e-invoicing platform, Tradeshift, and that we are in the process of transitioning our suppliers onto it.


It allows you as a supplier to track the status of all your invoices at each stage, and ensures you get paid on time.


You will find on this page all the necessary information on how to use the platform and get started with e-invoicing via Tradeshift. Both Firmenich and Tradeshift are committed to supporting your company with this transition: the “Knowledge base” is available to answer your questions, as well as Tradeshift Support via the “Assistance” icon.


We will communicate the rollout timeline to your company in the near future.

Once your account has been activated and you have logged in to Tradeshift, you will need to enter some information about your account to ensure your business with Firmenich goes smoothly.

Validation Rules

Validation rules have been set up by Firmenich to reduce the number of queries relating to invoices which can delay payments.


These rules ensure that all necessary information is included on your invoices.
